[frs-350] Trouble logging into FusionReactor Desktop AIR App


Problems logging into the FusionReactor Desktop AIR App.

When logging into your FusionReactor instance via the Desktop AIR App, login errors can occur.

Errors like :
Error connecting to the server, please try again. If this is not the first time seeing this error, please restart the client and try again

Workaround

  • Add a trailing forward slash '/' immediately after the FusionReactor Server URL.
  • Make sure that their are NO spaces after the forward slash
  • Dont use the '%' in your password this character causes a problem when logging in.
