Sometimes, the FusionReactor Portal doesn't show the correct version of FusionReactor or shows an old version of FusionReactor. However, don't worry, there are a couple of possible fixes for this issue.
Usually, this issue happens when you have manually activated FusionReactor. If you have manually activated FusionReactor, then the server has no direct connection to the FusionReactor Portal. However, in order FusionReactor Portal to display the correct version, you must either switch to automatic activations; manually re-activate the license key or use a Proxy server which in that case you will perform an automatic license activation.
FusionReactor needs to be able to communicate to our data.intergraldata.com using HTTPS (TCP port 443). You may need to configure a proxy server in FusionReactor or add the relevant firewall rule. More information can be found in the Technote FRS-329.
After enabling connectivity, follow the steps listed below:
If a Proxy server was configured for the license activation, please follow the steps described in the following link, Manual License activation.
If a Proxy server is in place and used for the license activations, FusionReactor Portal will display the correct version of FusionReactor in use instead of an incorrect or an unknown version.
Follow the steps listed below in order to update your FusionReactor version in Portal.
The steps for correcting the version of FusionReactor remain the same as in 5.x version of FusionReactor. See section above.
