This technote is going to provide you with more information and a workaround for a potential performance issue that has been identified in FusionReactor 6.2.0 – 6.2.4.
In FusionReactor 6.2.0, a new plugin was introduced to track the overall application and database performance called the HitCount plugin. In a few cases (typically when you have a very large number of pages) the plugin may consume too much memory over time and as a result, longer garbage collection times may occur and eventually the memory could become exhausted, similar to a memory leak.
A temporary workaround is to disable the HitCount plugin.
In order to do that, please follow the steps described below.
If for any reason you experience any issues please restore the backup of the JVM file and restart the Application server.
