The first thing to do in this situation is to look at the memory graphs in FusionReactor to see how much memory your server has free normally. Then take a look through the resource*.log files and see what the highest memory usage was. This will give you an idea of how much memory can be used on your server during normal operating. 10% is certainly a reasonable setting, although if you have 15% then you will get a more time to look at what is happening on the server should problems arise.
Please note that, if you are going to abort/reject request, we recommended you set the value very low, try setting the value to 2% to 5%.
