[frs-145] During FR install, the program detects where the CF files are sitting it maps for an older (not running) version of CFMX. I’m actually running CFMX7 on a multiserver install. Where do I map the config settings for CFMX7?

This is due to obsolete registry entries for CFMX6 which are fooling the installer. Make sure that the registry does not contain any obsolete keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMacromediaInstall DataColdFusion MX before running the installer. It should then find your CFMX7 cfusion instance on the JRun server.

NOTE: The FusionReactor 1.0.x Installer does not support the installation of multiple instances – it only can install FusionReactor on the cfusion instance.

If this doesn't help, try a manual installation. This way you can also install multiple instances of FusionReactor.

See https://www.fusion-reactor.com/fr/helpdocs/FRS_PDF/FR01-CFMX7-MultiserverConfiguration-Windows.pdf for a more detailed description of how to do this.
