When using FusionReactor's Centralized Archive and Rotation log engine (which you can configure in Logging -> Log Settings), FusionReactor will rotate its logfiles periodically and create an archive.
The archives are stored in instance/INSTANCE_NAME/archive/YYYYMMDD, where the last component of the path refers to the current day. Each archive consists of two files: the archive itself, which is named UUID.zip, where 'UUID' is a unique identifier, and UUID.zip.__PROPS, which is FusionReactor's tracking information for this archive.
There are two ways of downloading archives:
Although each archive is represented in Logging -> Log Archive as a tx-YYYYMMDDHHHHSS.zip, you must use the blue Show History icon to obtain the actual Archive Filename on disk. This shows the actual physical file on disk, which you can then download directly from the server.
FusionReactor can be configured to automatically provide download links for each archive directly in the Log Archive page.
In FusionReactor 5 or below, archive downloading is disabled by default, so you must turn on archive downloads if you wish to download Log Archives.
In FusionReactor 6, archive downloading is enabled by default, so you must turn off archive downloads if you do not wish to download Log Archives.
The archive links on the Log Archive page (and FusionAnalytics -> Connector Status page) will now be download links. Right click, and select Save Link As… (or your browser's equivalent) to download these archives.
The archive links on the Log Archive page (and FusionAnalytics -> Connector Status page) will no longer be clickable download links.
