[frs-32] PDF files are not transferred in compressed mode, even when GZIP response compression is enabled in the configuration. (FusionReactor version 1)

This behaviour is by design. There is a race condition between Internet Explorer and the Adobe Acrobat plugin which prevents it from correctly reading compressed PDF files. FusionReactor will not use GZIP compression in the PDF response, even when it is enabled in the configuration. Other PDF readers (Foxit, KPDF, Acrobat for Linux etc.) do not suffer from this bug.
