FusionReactor has it's own internal web server running on port 8088, and this is not configured in IIS at all. It would be possible in IIS to set up a website that just forwards the URL to this address, but don't forget to set up the DNS entry.
If you are trying to gain access to FusionReactor when outside of your office, then this is possible using a feature of FusionReactor.
Try calling the URL:
http://<your domain name>/fusionreactor/fhtml.cfm?mode=login
One issue with this is that if your IIS web server is hung, you cannot get into FusionReactor. If this is a problem you would have to expose port 8088 through your firewall and go the other route.
